Re: Zanox owe me £12k but refuse to pay!!!
Sorry to double post again but I have been reviewing this post made by toast8172:
Turns out that link takes you to the Code of Conduct page, not the T&C. The contract, which is the General Business Terms and Conditions for Publishers, doesn't include that particular term as mentioned above. Those are the terms that a publisher agrees to when joining! There is no mention of the Code of Conduct during the application stages.

Zanox your silence is deafening .
If you stuck to your 1st post then it would not be so bad but your decision to explain your self was a bad one
Because it looks to me like youre not responding due to the fact that your in the wrong
Not that any one cares what i think lol
Also good on you for not letting this beat you and i hope you kid and your wife are both well

I was reading through this post earlier, I am truly shocked, discusted at Zanox, at first it apeard kudoshad not presented all the facts and thought, "ok there are two sides to every story lets hear zanox out". It is clear they are in the wrong and it is clear that Kudos is owed some remuniration. I would certainly like to see if any affiliates have stopped using zannox or decreeased promotion because of this story??
I truly feel for you Kudos, it puts a bad name to networks when this happens. I want to know what your account managers personal opinion of the situation was?

It seems it is a regular thing for Zanox. It is understandable that affiliate networks will have the odd oversight as any large business does but if they have been notified of issues then they have no excuse. I was reading another post regarding Zanox earlier
http://www.affiliates4u.com/forums/zanox/113592-anyone-awaiting-payment-1-year-ago-splash-mobile.html
It is certainly a shame as affiliates stick together and I am sure paying they people they owe would have been less costly than this "public noise".
It damages trust in networks.
I feel sorry for the account managers at zanox, even if the majority of them are "retards" I bet there is 1 or 2 good ones that genuinly care about their affiliates. It makes their job 10x harder in recruiting affiliates and merchants.

I've always found Zanox a very helpful and caring network, can't remember speaking to any retards from there lol
I don't use them now purely because their non standard link structure doesn't work with our system (though still working on it when we have spare time), it's a real shame though that they won't pay kudos out, even a fair percentage, 12 grand is a massive amount of money for someone to lose.

As highlighted in previous posts due to the potential legal action that may be taken we feel that any further public commentary from zanox in relation to this specific case to be ill advised.
In response to the additional comments directed at zanox employees, we find it highly disturbing, and disappointing, that in an industry striving for professionalism such comments are acceptable. Referring to any individual, let alone a business partner, as a 'retard' is not only highly offensive but offers no constructive purpose.
zanox always takes on board constructive criticism however personal insults will simply be ignored and only serve to lower the level of professionalism that the members of this forum usually exhibit.
Kind Regards
Zanox UK

I thik your not replying because you know your wrong.
True insults get you know where i wish i could say the same for stealing £12000 but i can not that can get yoju a lot of places lol

... professionalism
What professionalism, you obviously ripped off the guy who worked hard to bring some money into YOUR pot !!! If his customers were ripping off the system, than that should had been dealt with by all the companies in the chain in a fair way. But you conveniently took back not just the misused part of commission, but the one which was properly earned as well.
I hope court makes Zanox to pay back those 12K and all the expenses.

come on... if you have SUCH problems/issues/etc deal direct...
if you dont find anyone on the "other side" to deal... then use a "middleman"... and i dont mean a forum... i am talking taking a "legal path"... otherwise you loose credibility ...
now regarding zanox and my cooperation until now i had NO SERIOUS ISSUES they pay on time whenever i had an inquiry they were prompt to assist and finding a solution
you can even search the zanox section here and see that i had a payment related issue but it was swiftly addressed and resolved.==========================

I agree with KPG, if you feel you have a cast iron case and talking of a considerable amount here, you would have gone legal by now, even if it was consulting a Solicitor. Zanox are correct in not engaging on a public forum for which you have not done your case any good at all as you have a duty to mitigate costs incurred regardless of any outcome, which I would argue you have caused Zanox image harm by this public display.
As you have not taken this further I would imagine that Zanox have a case and you know they have, and just posting out of frustration.

Hmm, now there's an idea - they could make a fair bit I suspect just suing a few of the posters in this thread for liable or whatever the equiv is for a company.
With regards court finding against Zanox, well that could be hard if the original poster isn't willing to take them to court, which by the sounds of things is the case. Guess there's always someone willing to create a bit of hot air in business....wonder if this is the real cause of global warming?

£1700 for me... which suddenly disappeared (although commented by the client as good leads...and then 6 months after pending commission Zanox removed the commission pretending the clients were not happy with the leads...) I find all this suspicious. + some commissions which have been waiting for more than 8 months to be validated...)
The UK network seems to have gone terribly wrong since roughly October, November 08...
Touching wood, I am also on the FR/ES version of Zanox...and so far so good.
