Anyone awaiting payment from 1 year ago for Splash Mobile??

Hi all,

In April, May and June 2008 I earned 1500 Euro's commission with Splash Mobile UK but unfortunately this commission has never been paid. I only discovered in February this year that Zanox had an office in London so I got in touch with them to find out what was going on. Unfortunately, they had no idea themselves.

Since February they've been telling me Splash Mobile UK have refused to pay so the situation's "with legal". There's been no change so three weeks ago I asked if Zanox would consider paying me themselves but they told me they only ever do this if it would benefit them!

Since then I've left messages but I don't get an answer, emails go unreturned. It's a disgrace. Because of this I've totally lost faith in Zanox.

Unfortunately, it means I'm going to take further action but in the meantime I'd like to know if anyone else is in the same boat as me? And has any one been paid commission from Splash Mobile UK last year?

I think a lot of affiliates are losing or completely lost faith in Zanox.

Since my last post Zanox still haven't paid me, but in the meantime they guaranteed an update from their legal team. However, it's been over 4 weeks and I've still not received the email.

Mitun Pandey has told me he's chasing this on a daily basis but I'm not prepared to wait any longer so my friend has begun looking into this for me so we can take action.

I remember I ran Splash Mobile on TradeDoubler around the same time and I was paid on time. Maybe we should just stick to the networks who we know pay on time? And even those which aren't on pre-payment we can take confidence in the fact the networks can get the merchants to pay up on time!

I think you would find the same situation with most networks albeit a few do use a pre pay system, so the situation Zanox are in here is not unique. Basically if the merchant doesn't pay most networks wont either. In addition it is not in any networks interest not to chase it as they would not get the overide commision either o in short I would guess Zanox are chasing the payment and would get resolved in time as legal issues can protract the time for payments.
