I'm a uk based affiliate, running a zanox programme which pays in USD. Can I get my commisions converted into GBP before they are sent?

Tried calling zanox UK, but no one seems to want to answer the phone.

No, you can't.
They pay you in the currency you have earned the commission.
You can convert it on your bank account.
