Firstly, we would like to assure you, and all the other publishers/advertisers/networks out there, that zanox is far from insolvent and we would advise you to consider the legal implications of posting such comments on a public forum.
It is completely untrue that zanox did not answer you as we replied various PMs trying to sort out your payment issue and actually PM'ed you on the 4th December 2009 with the original message our Network Watch department had sent to your registered email address on your zanox account mentioning "irregularities" in your partnership with us.
You were asked to provide feedback to the department which I believe we still have not received yet. If you could finally provide this feedback that would be great.
If your friends have also experienced payment problems then please ask them to email the details with their usernames to "service.uk@zanox.com" and we will gladly try to help them as we have tried to help you.
