    Missing payment, attention! Deeply disappointed..



    Hello my friends,

    Ive got some bad news, about Zanox. I just got an credit note, about confirmed earnings of me from April, at 1th of the month.

    I confirmed my credit note, as i did in every month, and tought it will be ok. But my nightmare just starts there :

    Zanox usually process my payment in 3-4 days, w/o any problems, but things happened different in this month.

    At 14th of the month, i still not recived my payment, than i started contacting Zanox publisher's service. Ive got an notice, about my wrong BIC code, but im 100% sure its all right. Why Ads****** was able to process my money today to the same banking details ? I used to recive my affiliate earnings to this bank accounts for more than one year, and i contacted my bankg too they also verified me - nothing changed.

    So payment not recived until today, more than ten working days gone.. I sent them mails, made phone calls, and it seems nobody can give me answers, about my earnings. The support seems to be very inaccurate, anyone i talked knows nothing. I think in financial issue like this thats cannot be allowed, and it makes Zanox's rep very bad. The rest of my emails are not getting responded, and i got back just unkept promises. ( "The payment is re-issued, you will recive your earnings this week" ).

    Than what should i can do. I hope giveing publicity to my issue, will help to wake up something in Zanox, and they will do the steps to pay me out.

    I welcome any reply from Zanox, which will help to clear the situation out, and hope they will give me there proper reply, about this case.

    I want to notice again. Thats the first time, i haveing problem with Zanox, just its happened in a critical time, and when im asking them for help, im feeling pissed. That occures my frustration.

    Hello Zanox,

    Thanks for the reply. The PM is sent, but i got a reply from the financial department will going to process my money in Tuesdays. ( As long Mondays is holiday in Germany too ). But id like to ask you to tickle them, to be sure its sent. Im going to phone Zanox in Tuesdays too, hope its all getting fixed.

    The reply times, and this still very bady, but would be nice to get it resolved finally..

    Can some one advise where Zanox support contact details are on their site. We have a payment issue (not zanox fault I will add), but need to contact them.

    Hi Steve, you can drop a quick mail to info@zanox.com and it should get picked up by the 24 hour support team. If you want you can also send me a PM of the details and once I'm back in office Tuesday I can take a look for you!

    Dear Zanox,

    Ive got no realible reply from your support yet. Its 28 th of May, and there is still no money. Ive getting promises by every week, it will be sent at the next monday. Hope these are not lies, and in the next monday it will be really sent. Its very frustrating to wait one week, to nothing happen.

    My emails are not getting answered, ( i write every day to the info@zanox.com ), my phone calls are ending as the same, it will be sent at the next monday. Would be nice if you can contact the financial department directly, and leave their statement on this forum.
