1) The words FREE, NO CHARGE, NO COST, NO FEE etc., cannot appear in the title or text copy for markets in US and any paid search listings. Google, Yahoo, MSN, and any other search engines. The only approved synonym for "free" that can be used are COMPLIMENTARY and BONUS.
2) For affiliates using keywords on pay-per-click search engines, they ARE NOT ALLOWED to: i) directly or indirectly bid on the “Funmobile” name, nor on any recognizable combinations or misspellings; ii) using the “Funmobile” name, nor any recognizable combinations or misspellings in the ad text and/ or any part of the ad; and iii) link and/or redirect to the Funmobile websites in Google AdWords. Affiliates must link customers directly to their own website, not to Funmobile, in Google Adwords.
3) If affiliates run their OWN jump page (ie., click on a Google ad to affiliates’ pages where users click on carriers), affiliates must make sure that their pages are compliant with the above guidelines as well.
4) Do not use pop-ups, pop-unders or any kind of pop ads without our approval. Failure to comply can result in nonpayment.
