Problems with Zanox

Hi everyone.

Is anyone else having problems with Zanox.

I applied to the Amazon programme on the 5.03.2008 and i have still not heard anything back.

I have sent several emails asking for a reason why this is taking so long. I am yet to recieve a reply. I have also tried calling the UK number on the website (02078515812), but for some reason everytime I call it I get the reply call failed.

Whats going on, is this how they normally act?

Hi C41lum.

As you know from a number of phone discussions that we have had, it is ultimately our merchants who decide which affiliates are accepted onto their programs. Each merchant has different criteria and timelines for accepting affiliates, and in some cases the qualifying process is very rigid. This, combined with the very large number of affiliate applications (especially in the case of Amazon), will mean that it does therefore take time for certain merchants to review and accept affiliates.
