Web Development Project Manager

An immediate vacancy has arisen to manage our in-house web development projects.

The successful candidate will have a good understanding of web design and programming and must possess some HTML, PHP, MySQL skills. You will ideally have worked in or have a good knowledge of Affiliate marketing and understand how to achieve best results from a web development perspective.

You will be responsible for managing a small team of in-house web programmers and managing all in-house web based IT projects. You will also need to be able to “get stuck in” should the need arise and be experienced at data interrogation, analysis and reporting using DBxtra..

You will report to the Chief Operating Officer and will be driven, open-minded, pro-active and with a positive attitude to work. This is a hands-on role working in a small, young and friendly team and you will be required to work on your own initiative.

The role will include:

• Project manage web development activities • Project manage a new CRM solution and integration • Understanding and assisting the Affiliate Marketing organisations with eCRM integration • Customer Service technical integration • Acting as central communication channel between the Company and its ITsoftware supply and support teams • Driving technical integration of Call Centre needs • Software testing and quality management • Establish and maintain report and statistical processes • Review DBxtra for report capabilities • Managing technical hardware

You may be required on occasions to visit external suppliers or agents in the UK or overseas and therefore must hold a valid UK passport and driving licence.
