Ted Baker are currently looking for an ECommerce Marketing Co-ordinator to work as part of their eCommerce team in Central London.

Reporting into the eCommerce Marketing Manager, your role as the eCommerce Marketing Co-ordinator will be to work on specific online marketing campaigns that will deliver continuous optimisation & growth online and to the overall business.

The main areas of responsibilities will be to look after Affiliate Marketing, Social Media, off site SEO and some display campaigns.

Affiliate Marketing

• Manage and optimise the Affiliate programme in line with the promotional calendar; building strong relationships with affiliates through regular communication and ensuring the brand is represented at affiliate events.

• Maintain product feeds, copy, links and marketing materials for Affiliate programme, ensuring all content is up to date and is on brand and in line with company objectives.

• Create and analyse Affiliate activity on a regular basis through reports and tracking tools; propose improvements and oversee implementation of changes to the programme when required.

• Together with the Online Marketing Manager, identify and propose budget allocation to Affiliate Marketing activities to maximise ROI.

• Research opportunities to develop the affiliate programme and create sustainable revenue growth by supporting existing affiliates or acquiring new relevant affiliates or with affiliate networks.

Social Media

• Develop the Ted Baker blog, content and user base to drive ECommerce KPI’s and optimise usability, design and functionality on a regular basis. Liaise with other areas of the business to co-ordinate and manage the editorial plan for the blog, ensuring posts and comments are managed on time.

• Maintain and optimise social media profile on social media channels like Twitter, YouTube, Flickr, MySpace, in line with the promotional calendar ensuring content, design and layout is up to date, in line with seasonality and product offering.

• Co-ordinate and maintain existing online communities and identify other opportunities to develop Ted’s social network presence; evaluate their viability and create business cases and oversee implementation.

• Identify appropriate social media tools; research and analyse other brand and competitors to deliver meaningful insights and recommendations to develop social media strategy.

• Create regular reports covering brand reputation, measuring social media presence and performance and propose changes

SEO/ Natural Search

• Manage and optimise off site SEO campaigns in line with promotional calendar. Together with the Ecommerce team, support and develop a keyword strategy for Ted Baker in line with product offering; taking into consideration strengths and weaknesses of competitors.

• Analyse organic search in all search engines and oversee the management of off-site SEO campaigns in these areas on a UK and international level. . • Liaise with 3rd parties to define off-site SEO strategy and communicate results and campaign optimisations. Provide SEO recommendations and detailed analysis of targeted keywords; briefing and overseeing implementation of link building campaigns, link exchanges, writing and syndicating content.

• Research and keep up to date with the latest changes in search engine algorithms and industry developments.

Display Marketing • Manage and optimise display campaigns in line with the promotional calendar; analyse campaign activity on a regular basis, create reports providing insight on activity and performance and deliver improvements in conversion and click through rates.

• Organise creative and create detailed briefs, ensuring the product is on brand and creative is commercially driven.

• Together with the eCommerce Marketing Manager, identify and propose budget allocation to display marketing activities to maximise ROI.

• Research and keep up to date with competitor activity and industry developments.

Who we are looking for

• Educated to a degree level or equivalent and have 1-2 years web marketing experience in an e-commerce environment, ideally within the fashion industry.

• Highly organised and a good communicator to ensure the smooth running of the daily operations, able to set priorities effectively and use the resources available;

• Used to working in a fast paced environment, has to keep a cool head whilst multi-tasking and handling a number of projects;

• Knowledge and experience in online marketing techniques;

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills;

• An influential team player who can also work independently;

• A results and sales driven individual who is a creative marketer at heart, capable of using analytics to optimise and drive campaigns.
