We offer outsourced planning, implementation and management of all performance marketing activities and specialise in affiliate marketing and PPC. Our clients range from local key accounts to international global players served across all markets. The UK team plays an important role in the international business.
The role We are looking for a talented and aspiring Jnr Affiliate Account Manager, who is passionate about performance marketing to work within the account management team, develop their own accounts and play a key role in the on-going development of the account management team.
This is an exciting opportunity for an someone in an exec or junior manager role looking to get more experience and responsibility in an organisation that is internationally renowned and is quickly establishing itself in the UK. The successful candidate will enjoy the ability to mould their role as the business grows, and must therefore be a confident self-starter.
Ideally you will have 1+ years’ experience working at an agency, network or publisher in a client facing role.
You will have the opportunity to work across both UK based business as well as programs from across the international portfolio coordinating with colleagues in Munich and play a role in shaping the future direction of the UK business.
Responsibilities: - include but are not limited to:
- Understand and work with your clients to identify and develop growth strategies in the performance channel
- Develop annual affiliate campaign calendar and rollout plans
- Manage the deployment of fresh marketing creative and affiliate communications such as eNewsletters and blog posts, offers, affiliate payments, and dispute resolution
- Monitor affiliate programme activity, analyse performance, identify areas of improvement, and recommend ways to increase affiliate-generated revenues
- Identify, source and recruit new affiliates, strategic partners including 3rd party technology
- Establish channels of communication to ensure all affiliates have access to marketing tools, and to develop custom marketing material as required
- Maintain consistent contact with affiliates, merchants and networks to establish co-marketing relationships, and proactively manage these relationships on an ongoing basis
- Travel as required to our head office in Munich for client and internal meeting, training, company events
- Represent nonstopConsulting UK Ltd at affiliate marketing related trade shows and events
You will have: - Approx. 1+ years’ experience in affiliate marketing, gained in agency, network, or publisher environments in a client facing role - A passion for performance marketing and a desire to innovate within the space and create market leading programmes - Possess strong organisational skills for multi-tasking and prioritisation of daily tasks whilst working to tight deadlines but without compromising on quality - Be highly analytical and detail oriented - Good presentation and communication skills and the ability to build good working relationships internally and externally - A good understanding and hands on experience of the mechanics of affiliate tracking is desirable. - Must be ready to act as an ambassador for nonstopConsulting UK Ltd
