Our telecoms websites are the UK’s number 1 for fixed line residential communications services (broadband, home phone and digital TV packages) and over 40 established online brands including Comparethemarket.com, Confused.com and GoCompare.com use our partnership platform to power their telecoms comparison engines.
The role:
A great role for an Account Executive looking to take the step up to an Account Manager role. Reporting to the Senior Account Manager; the role is a varied and broad, with hands on involvement in commercial relationships and product development.
The objective of the role is to maximise profit and revenue for each respective product area, by doing the following:. • Improving commercials terms from advertisers / suppliers • Strategic development of products to maximise customer experience, ultimately increasing visitor to sales conversion rates • Securing special offers promotions from suppliers to support the online marketing and partner teams in their efforts to increase traffic
Responsibilities:
Account Management • Develop strong relationships with provider account contacts (provider direct / affiliate network / media agencies) by regular contact via telephone, e-mail and in person • Present, negotiate and sell initiatives to account contacts that will enhance commercial position for Consumerchoices.co.uk • Supporting Search, Partner, Email and PR teams with marketing ideas, special offer promotions and analytical data to help decision making • Maintain the product management systems and tariffs for Broadband, Home phone Digital TV ISP partners • Analyse user behaviour and market statistics to develop business case for product developments
Requirements:
You will need to be proactive, well-organised, highly detailed with excellent communication skills. An analytical mind, computer literacy and strong Excel skills are essential. This is an ideal opportunity for an Account Executive looking to make a step-up to Account Manager
The candidate should have:
• 2:1 degree in business, economics or marketing.
• 1 + years working in online marketing
