Want to work for one of the UK’s most established affiliates? Top Cashback are currently looking for a Voucher Manager to work in our London Partnerships team.

The Company

Launched in the Summer of 2005 Top Cashback has seen rapid growth over the past few years, so much so that in December 2011 it was ranked as the 5th fastest growing private company in the UK.

Approaching 1.5m members the company has recently expanded with the opening of its London office and the launch of TopCashBack.com into the USA.

The Role

The successful candidate will work closely with the partnership and marketing teams to develop and implement our voucher code proposition.

The role involves sourcing market-leading codes, primarily from high street restaurants and stores, for use both online and offline via our successful mobile application.

As an active member of the team the candidate will be given the opportunity to take full ownership of the TopCashBack’s voucher platform and should build and maintain relationships across a wide range of industries.

The candidate will also be responsible for the analysis and reporting of the success from the voucher codes gathered and distributed.

Reporting into the Partnership Director the role will be based from Top Cashbacks London office but may require regular traveling to our head-quarters in Staffordshire and other locations across the UK.

The Candidate

The successful candidate will have experience working for a voucher code site and have a wide-range of contacts, especially with high street retailers. Ideally the candidate should also have:

  • Enthusiasm
  • An Outgoing and lively personality
  • Excellent communication/interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical skills – giving you the ability to analyse results and improve strategies
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Strong writing skills
  • A proactive approach with good levels of self motivation
  • A determination to achieve results
  • A creative flair – giving you the ability to generate new ideas/think outside the box
  • A good knowledge of the internet, social media and the affiliate marketing industry
