We’re looking for an awesome new Account Director to join our team. If you’re a talented, driven and downright brilliant digital marketer who thrives on relationship-building, being forward-thinking and solution-finding, then we’d love to hear from you.

Based in central London, Found is a multi-award winning team of switched-on digital marketing professionals with a passion for online and a thirst for results. We’ve been delivering successful and innovative digital marketing campaigns for some of the UK’s biggest brands for over six years, winning 3 awards for our work this month alone! Working across search, mobile and social media, you’ll be working in a fun and cool environment and have the chance to learn from some of the best in the business.

#### So what’s the role? Working with some of the major UK brands, you will be responsible for delivering account management strategy and reporting across paid search, SEO, social media and mobile campaigns across a range of industries including travel, retail and finance.

What will my responsibilities be? • Looking after our clients so they continue to love us. • Delivering top-notch campaigns for clients which drive measurable, successful results. • Providing highly responsive service and expert guidance to clients, to help cultivate client retention and growth. • Utilising a range of analytical tools to provide reporting and insight to clients as well as intelligence to internal teams for campaign optimisation and expansion.

What skills do I need to have? • Solid all-round knowledge of digital marketing, with a specific knowledge of SEO and PPC campaigns. • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail. • A high standard of written and spoken communication. • Excellent organisational and time management ability.

Anything else? • You will have at least 2 years’ of account management experience within a digital agency. • You will have fantastic drive and enthusiasm, with an engaging and dynamic personality to boot! • Solution-finding is your forte – you can quickly get to the bottom of what clients really want and need, and deliver it. • You’re an opportunity-spotter, with a passion to always learn and deliver more. • It goes without saying that you’re an Excel whizz and you love to analyse numbers and interpret data. • You’re super creative and inquisitive, with a passion for being at the forefront of digital marketing.
