Affiliate Marketing Manager

This leading online retailer is looking for a talented Affiliate Marketing Manager.

Reporting to the Head of Marketing the affiliate marketing manager will be responsible for developing the in-house affiliate program as well as expanding it to worldwide affiliate networks.

Key Responsibilities

The person in this role will recruit new affiliates and increase existing affiliate’s engagement to achieve revenue growth. You will be expected to:

• Identifying new business opportunities
• Promote the affiliate program and its USPs
• Create monthly newsletters
• Inform affiliates on best practices
• Improve API usage and usability
• Update generic campaigns
• Develop niche campaigns
• Update the portal and its content
• Regulate and report on affiliate activity
• Help affiliates during their registration process
• Improve SEO and Direct-links
• Create how-to videos
• Open new traffic doorways
• Offer new marketing ideas and campaigns

Candidate Requirements

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• Experience managing large scale affiliate marketing programs

• Experience setting up and running multiple affiliate marketing strategies

• Experience managing affiliate networks and publishers

• Excellent analytical and reporting skills, be detail orientated and a self-starter

• A good understanding of the existing tracking and attribution methods

• Proven track record in delivering successful affiliate marketing campaigns

• Knowledge of e-business technology solutions, online marketing practices

• A vision of the opportunities developing the digital world
