Affiliates Marketing Manager
Viagogo are looking to strengthen their current marketing team with the appointment of a high calibre Affiliate Marketing Manager to drive aggressive revenue growth. This a fantastic opportunity for the right individual to take responsibility for the strategy, tactics and success of viagogo’s affiliate programs in Europe and the US and be part of an early stage venture with a proven, successful business model.
It is an ideal role for a tech-savvy individual who wants to get hands-on experience in a fun, rapidly expanding organization.
Responsibilities:
• Actively manage viagogo programs across multiple networks in Europe & the US
• Working with the Marketing Director to put together overall plans & forecasts for each program
• Managing budget and commission structures to optimize program profitability
• Analyzing the success of programs in terms of commission models, creative, etc
• Managing relationships with agencies and network account managers
• Creating promotions, campaigns and offers used to incentivize affiliates
• Driving program awareness by actively participating in affiliate forums
• Overseeing creative specifically designed for each of the affiliate programs
• Developing and implementing strategy to aggressively recruit top affiliates
• Developing strong personal relationships with top affiliates
• Liaising with the Management, Marketing and Technology departments
Essential Experience/ Skills:
• Solid understanding of the Affiliate Marketing industry
• Proven track record of achieving results via consumer marketing activities
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office – excel, powerpoint, etc.
• Strong technical skills – html, sql, and other relevant programs
• Ability to work as part of team
• 2.1 or above or BA/BS degree from a top university
Desirable Experience/ Skills:
• Experience working in an e-commerce environment – a significant plus
• Ability to speak German or another European language – a significant plus
• Experience living and/or working abroad
