Our client is an innovator within the online entertainment industry and a success story in the headlines. Due to the success of their product, they are looking for a German Affiliate Manager to manage their growing affiliate base and drive the program forward. Creating and developing relationships as you go, you will build revenue growth by acquiring new customers through the affiliate program that you develop. Your tasks include:
Working proactively with new and low performing existing affiliates to drive new sources of traffic, mentoring them in all facets of the program.
Developing short-term goals and long-term objectives to define the overall program strategy to ensure the portfolio's sustainability.
Monitoring competitor performance including evaluation of their revenue, quality of players, sources and reliability of traffic.
Liaising in-house to ensure marketing, customer services, finance and other departments are informed and encouraging continuous feedback to ensure the program is efficient and effective.
Working with product management on design and process improvement, being proactive as well as acting on feedback from affiliates.

We are looking someone with at least 3 years online marketing experience, which at least 18 months should have been in affiliate marketing within the German region. You should be dynamic, forward-thinking and able to adapt quickly. You should have excellent negotiation and relationship skills and with a sound mathematical ability to analyse numbers. Because of the potential of the role, we are looking for a motivated, career-minded individual who believes in their ability. You will need to be fluent in German in addition to English.
