Job Specification: Integration Manager
The main focus of this role is to integrate new clients onto the Webgains affiliate network. This involves liaising (in conjunction with account managers) with new clients, both technical and non-technical, in order to guide them through the setup process and provide help where necessary with minor marketing issues and tracking code placement.
In order to perform these tasks effectively the individual must be an exceptional communicator, with a degree of technical knowledge. A large part of the integration process is technical in nature and requires clients to implement tracking code, provided by us, on their web sites. Therefore, the individual will be required to read and correctly configure existing code, although there is limited need to write new code. The individual may also be called upon to provide second line technical support to clients and account managers.
The role is really about MANAGEMENT of the entire end-to-end process of integration onto the platform, rather than solely the technical set up. For this reason, the individual will be required to introduce clients to what is expected of them, track their progress through the process, and remind clients to follow up on their deliverables in a professional and courteous manner. An important part of the job is to organise, track and prioritise activities in order to ensure they are performed in a timely manner.
