The Opportunity
The Gala Coral Group is Europe's largest integrated betting and gaming company, employing around 19,000 employees. As well as over 1700 betting offices, bingo clubs and casinos, we have a significant online presence in the UK and throughout Europe.
The Gala Coral Group's Marketing Department currently has an excellent opportunity for a Gaming Affiliate Executive to support the Head of Gaming Marketing in the day-to-day development and execution of marketing plans to meet the business objectives on Galacasinos.co.uk and Coral.co.uk through the development of gaming business acquired through 3rd party affiliates and affiliate networks.
Key duties include:
- Developing relationships with affiliates/networks management to maximise acquisition, through target and objective setting
- Executing affiliate and customer targeted acquisition and retention promotions
- Direct liaison / first line of communication on developments such as games launches, outages etc
- Assessing new affiliate network partnerships
- Prospecting for new business
- Optimising affiliate remuneration to deliver maximum accounts, as cost effectively as possible
- Providing necessary IT development, tracking, reporting and data support as necessary
- Briefing site content and advertisement creative
- Developing a VIP affiliate scheme around teh most profitable or highest volume affiliate programmes of the above
- Regular performance reporting to the relevant business stakeholders
- Monitoruing and policing affiliate sites and activity as necessary e.g. ensuring up-to-date content, bidding on branded keywords
- Organising or attending affiliate events
The Candidate
The successful candidate will ideally be of graduate calibre and able to demonstrate the following:
- Experience of online affiliates marketing, ideally within Betting and Gaming
- Computer literacy in all relevant applications, including online content and all MS applications
- Good interpersonal skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail
- Self starter, energetic, enthusiastic. Must have a desire to take the initiative and work independently.
