Digital Window Acquires Buy.at

News today confirms the 'digital whispers' as Digital Window annouce that they have acquired Perfiliate Ltd, who operate as one of the UK's leading affiliate marketing networks, Buy.at

With Digital Window itself having been subject to a majority stake buy out in 2009, it today creates Britain's largest performance-based marketing group, operating in the UK, USA and Scandinavia.

Digital Window is currently unknown in the USA, while Buy.at has made some progress in acquiring a solid customer base, which will no doubt be subject to consideration on how best to maximise that opportunity over the next few months.
