Raising $200k for Charity Water...can you help?
Can you help Shak provide clean, safe water for 10,000 children for 20 years?
My good friend Shak is on a mission to raise a staggering $200k for Charity Water. He’s managed to reach, as of this morning $160,000 and is looking to hit $175k before he tops up the amount personally to reach the magic figure.
Right now, almost a billion people on the planet don’t have access to clean, safe drinking water, that’s one in eight of us.
Each week, unsafe drinking water kills, 42,000 people. That’s more than all forms of violence, including war.
The saddest fact is that 90% of these deaths are children under five years old.
Shak’s target will enable 10,000 people to have safe, clean water for 20 years.
He flies out to Ethiopa on the 10th of June, it would be amazing if we can help Shak meet his target before then.
