For a brand that regularly publishes new seasonal collections, how do you ensure that affiliates can a) benefit from 'end of season' sales and b) stay informed of upcoming offers?

"We believe communication is the key, so we like to utilize every tool available, emails, conference calls, webinars, blog posts, and newsletters like this. With so many collections and offers available we focus our resources on having as much dialogue with our publishers as possible. That way, they’re aware of all our promotional offers and collections both current and forthcoming."

What products are currently your best sellers, and most likely to convert for Affiliates?

"Our 3 main areas are Home, Fashion and Girls wear. Home is where publishers are most likely to find our best sellers, across our range of Furnishings for living, dining and bedrooms. From Coffee tables to mirrors, wardrobes to bed frames, and lighting to wallpaper; we have a range of what we call ‘Our Best Selling Spectaculars’. Fashion is our fastest growing section with new collections being added every day and Girls wear has really taken off since launch in February this year."

What is your view on publisher's obtaining exclusive vouchers / what information would you need to know?

"Laura Ashley has been a prominent name in the affiliate arena for almost a decade, and we’ve worked with exclusive vouchers in the past. Although we do offer vouchers occasionally, we’ve found the various offers we have during any given month convert better than when we use voucher codes, such as 30% Off Home or 25% Off All Fashion and of course our 50% Off Home & Fashion."

What current deals / commission rates are you offering?

"We’re currently offering 20% Off Fashion and Girls wear, and today we’ve launched our 50% Off Home Spectacular, along with 50% Off Wallpaper. We offer 6% CPA but we will always work to match our publishers’ enthusiasm to promote the Laura Ashley brand with increased commissions and tenancy based placements."

"Laura Ashley are really keen to develop new relationships with publishers both great and small, and we firmly believe that the affiliate channel is one that’ll continue to deliver the best that the online world has to offer."
