I started my online experience in DSNR media group, this guys know what they are doing .
It's a world biggest media buy company, however they know how to squeeze a last penny from each dollar that they invest . Surely a good place to start .

A brilliant product , nice people however lack of online marketing activities .

3) Run online media campaigns with Yahoo , advertising.com , valueclick and many more .
