Recruiting new affiliates on to the LinkShare Network. Working with all affiliates to optimise their campaigns, suggesting improvements and methods of driving traffic from PPC, SEO etc.
Facilitating affiliate/merchant interaction to build long-term relationships. Convincing Merchants to give better commissions :)
