Biography

I am a former ranked pro boxer now Coach/Boxing Program Director for our (my wife and myself) own boxing club, New Vision Boxing Academy. I was once the assistant coach for the US Navy (1989-1992) and trained Julian Wheeler, 1992 US Olympic boxer at 125lbs. Former sparring partner for Roy Jones JR (4 years). My wife and I are members of USA Boxing (NC) ( www.ncusaboxing.org ). I am a coach(level2), referee, official and she is a registered official. We are dedicated in our cause, to raise the self esteem of youth in this area through the use of amateur boxing and network marketing. I am also a student majoring in Criminal Justice at American Intercontinental University slated to get my Associates in Business Administration in March of next year. My wife is an elementary school teacher and has a Bachelors in Business Administration (management and organization). We are  newbies in this field, but we want to learn how to do this so we can teach the kids I coach. This is why we call the boxing club New Vision. If they learn this and the art of boxing, we know they can succeed in anything they put their minds to.
