An Affiliate Manager manages and Affiliate Programme liasing between the affiliate network, agency (if applicable) and the affiliate / publisher.
[edit] Role of an Affiliate Manager
Their primary role is to manage the performance of the programme, communicate and incentivise affiliates.
- Affiliate Managers ensure that all affiliates are paid correctly and on-time
- Affiliate Managers co-ordinate promotions and incentives for affiliates of all levels.
- Affiliate Managers should devise and control the paid search strategy for their affiliate programme.
- Affiliate Manager should aid affiliates at all times to increase revenue for the programme and for the partner.
- Affiliate Managers plan out programs and do the back ground research to ensure that program is competitive and attractive to affiliates
- Affiliate Managers also liaise with the client and perform and educational and training role, ensuring both the client and affiliates are serviced.
